It's Great. Isn't it?

2014 is coming to an end in less than 2 weeks. I have been pondering what had I been doing for the past year. Is 2014 a great year for me? MY answer will be YES. 2014 has been a great year for me despite living in a stressful environment. I learned and gained a lot from all the things that I had done. Seeing people around me becoming a better person certainly make me more positive ( in other words optimistic?).

I had always been looking around /stalking other people's Facebook profile. I am envy sometimes of how they can travel around enjoying life to the max while I am stuck in my very own cubicle most of the time. This is why I really want to travel around in 2015. I want to relax my mind and gain new insight from my holiday. It doesn't has to be far. Even a short getaway will do.

Besides holidaying, I am also envy of people that is having their own sweet relationship. I am always wondering when do I stand a chance to have my own relationship too? Well what I mean here, I think only my closest friend will know about it. I know it is still a little bit early for me to get into relationship at the age of 23 (Yes I am 23 next year). I don't know how to convince my parents to let me have a boyfriend. They don't allow me to have one when I am still studying. Hence I guess I will be having an official relationship when I am 26-27? I think I will be graduating by 26 . Hahahahahaha.... I am lonely sometimes deep in my heart especially during family gathering. I hate big family gathering when people are all bringing their partners here and I am one of the few want that is not having any partner. I don't know what am I going to do to persuade my parents. I do not want to get into an argument because of this matter. So I guess, I am just going to let it go for now.
Well, that's enough for sad matter. Let's move on to another topic.

On the 12th December - 17 th December 2014, I participated in National Leadership Development Conference (NLDC) organized by AIESEC in Singapore in National University Singapore. This conference is joined by 100++ delegates from 11 different entities. I joined the other 2 Malaysian. This make a total of 3 Malaysian delegate in the conference. The usual stuff that you can see in AIESEC conference is Global Village, roll calls, square dances, sugar cubes, functional breakout, planning, sharing session, sculling and many more.
However, in this particular conference, I am really surprise that the Organizing Committee actually prepare our very own Sugar Cube box! This is the first time I am experiencing this.
I am really amazed. I wish that every oC is actually like that hahahahaha....
We had the usual Gala Dinner with the black and gold theme as well. Everyone dress up so prettily!
Throughout this conference, I had gained so much international friends from different entities. Seeing how different is their AIESEC culture made me rethink of what had I contribute to the Youth in Malaysia as a Malaysia AIESECer. I gained so much new insight and motivation to continue my AIESEC culture in Malaysia. Thanks a lot to all the delegates for sharing with me on how does AIESEC operate in that particular entity.
Even the Y2B- Youth To Business Forum was different from the one I experienced in MyLDS. The networking lunch is different from the networking dinner that I attended this year in MyLDS. I like the session that I attended and the plenary sharing session defiinitely inspired me.

I think that will be the picture I will be sharing for now for this post about NLDC 2014. This conference has been one of the best conference that I had attended during my AIESEC journey. I am definitely looking forward to attend MyLDS 2015!
All the best for my study break and I wish to score with flying colors for my final exam on January :)
World Peace XOXO.
Love from Peggy.
