Hello everyone~ This is the 4th month since I started my journey here. I am missing everyone back in Malaysia now. Even the hot humid weather too. I miss wearing shorts with flip flops/sandals. Most important the FOOD! Not to mention Nasi Lemak, Char Kue Teow, Curry Laksa, Wan tan noodles and all sorts of street food that I can find in Malaysia. Well in the UK, they do have Malaysian themed restaurant as well but the taste is just different. Some of them are actually quite hard to find and make. I have a big trouble of looking for pandan leaves in Nottingham last time. I am quite a frequent shopper of Asian mart now. I have been cooking a lot of food myself and sometimes I just didn't know what to cook for the next day. I literally need to prepare everything in advance or else I will ended up having sandwich at uni the day after. I am kind of use to prepare most of my meals now. It has become part of my daily routine. It's nice to cook sometimes but sometimes it's just tiring. hahahahaha

(I am learning many kinds of pasta now)
PS: I find the shrimp here are really small. The one shown above is actually King Prawn. Can you believe it too? HAHA
